1 25 October 2026: database Workbench, hybrid log sync, and two flagship studies
1.1 Requested changes
A hybrid Python script for pulling Gaming & Performance logs from Google Drive (
Logs/) or local files that parses structured entries for zero tokens and repairs formatting slips before rebuilding.A direct subpage like Atlas (
Workbench/index.html) backed by four database tables: (1) a To Study with Data table, (2) a To-Do & wishlist table, (3) a spontaneous rap lyric table with a topic-bucket dropdown, and (4) a voice-recording studio that feeds a journal and podcast queue.First end-to-end study for Macroeconomics: what AI will wipe out according to the MIT / Oak Ridge Iceberg Index, how the major NAICS industries break down into occupational roles, an interactive regional economy map, and a dedicated LaTeX paper.
Second end-to-end study: the 19 October 2026 Alberta Referendum votes across all ten questions and how each demographic voted, with its own dedicated LaTeX paper.
1.2 Implemented changes
python -B -m site_content.log_syncpulls all six athletics and health logs from a mounted Google DriveLogs/folder (or local edits), validates them with the strict parsers (0 tokens), applies deterministic regex repairs for common paste slips (0 tokens), and supports an optional--llm-repairsingle-line Gemini fallback (\(<80\) tokens) when a line still fails.Workbench/index.htmlis live as a direct top-level subpage backed by a relational SQLite store (records/workbench/workbench.db) and JSON/CSV exports across all four tables, complete with browser capture forms, a Rap bucket filter, a Web Audio voice-note recorder with live dictation, and one-tap GitHub Mobile handoff. The Macroeconomics study (
Business-and-Economics/Macroeconomics/Economic-Growth/index.html) charts the \(2.2\%\) visible vs. \(11.7\%\) submerged Iceberg split across 12 NAICS sectors, breaks every industry into six occupational role families, provides an interactive 12-region North American economy map, and links to its compiled Tectonic PDF paper (Paper/index.html).The Public Policy study (
Business-and-Economics/Law-and-Policy/Public-Policy/index.html) charts all ten 19 October 2026 Alberta Referendum questions, compares 14 demographic slices by region, party coalition, age, turnout, and voting channel, analyzes voter motives inside both coalitions, and links to its compiled Tectonic PDF paper (Paper/index.html).
2 18 October 2026: sleep, diet and two weeks of training
2.1 Requested changes
A Sleep & Dream log under Health, with some text analysis of the dreams.
A Diet & Calorie log under Health, charted with expenditure and consumption on one axis and the target and actual deficit on a second axis, noting the high NEAT and the October BMR of 2050 kcal.
Pick up the updated swimming, weightlifting and running logs, and the new tempo-run log.
2.2 Implemented changes
The Sleep destination charts hours per night, prints every dream as written, and reads them for motifs with a fixed word list, the site’s feelings lexicon and VADER polarity — labelled clearly as a playful pattern count, not psychoanalysis.
The Diet destination charts energy out, energy in and the daily deficit against a 500 kcal/day reference, checks the written weekly summaries, keeps the owner’s expenditure notes, and lists the training behind each day from the swimming, lifting and running logs. Written net values that disagree with the arithmetic are flagged, never corrected.
The running dashboard gained a tempo-run section (10.4 km over two routes); its map stays unpublished because the screenshot shows the start point.
The swimming page now handles the yard-logged sessions (converted at 0.9144 m/yd and shown as written) and flags the Oct 5 set list that does not add up to its written total.
The weightlifting parser accepts the new session formats (bodyweight sets, an inline dropset, a set with no rep count, new splits); excluded sets are shown with their reason.
3 10 October 2026: LeetCode, rap and training data
3.1 Requested changes
Bring the code from the leetcode_problems repository into the six LeetCode subsubsections.
Bring the music_work repository into the six Rap subsubsections.
On the weightlifting charts, a secondary axis for reps, and on the weight axis the heaviest weight managed for at least 10 reps and for at least 12 reps.
Pick up the updated swimming and weightlifting logs, and add notes on the site saying where each data file lives, so new sessions can be added without help.
3.2 Implemented changes
Each LeetCode destination now lists its solutions, split at the problem headings in the source, with the code as written and a link to the exact lines on GitHub. Lists and Arrays and Trees and Tries take problems by file; Graphs, Recursion, Dynamic Programming and Hard Problems cross-list by a stated rule. Recursion is detected from the code itself. Dynamic Programming has no matching solution yet and says so.
Each Rap destination lists its songs with the lyrics as written: Seven Deadly Sins (all four folders), Homewood & Trafalgar (Trafalgar), Made in Abyss, Vagabond, and NanoFtheAbove (Old Classics and My Hero Academia). Future Projects shows the visualizer and audio-conversion scripts. Drafts not yet committed to GitHub are shown without a link.
Every weightlifting exercise chart now has a weight axis with three lines (heaviest set, heaviest for 10+ reps, heaviest for 12+ reps) and a reps axis with bars for the reps at the heaviest set; a table and a Progress CSV hold the same values.
The 4 October swim (2400 m) is in. The weightlifting log had no entries after 1 October.
Each dashboard has an Add a session section: the .txt file to edit, the line format, the latest entry as written, and the rebuild command. The CSV files are exports, not sources. If the older copy of a log beside the local site preview is edited instead, the build now stops and says which file to copy.
4 4 October 2026: subsection updates and the creators showcase
4.1 Requested changes
A copyright notice in the footer and an all-rights-reserved license file.
Owen Paget’s creator section, with his photo, What to Eat (live) and two projects to come: Creator Hub and Stock Monitoring.
Restructure the Mental Map so its sections, subsections and subsubsections follow the website.
A request-a-change form on the Mental Map that drafts an email to l2mcgrat@uwaterloo.ca, with notes for a later database version.
This change log and an upcoming-changes document, in separate .tex files under Coding Projects, Website Changes; dates beside the feature cards and a shorter link marker.
Running, swimming and weightlifting logs with analytics and LaTeX overviews.
Rename the NBA Analytics topic to Sports Analytics, with premade UFC and NBA Predictions vs. Outcomes pages under Predictions.
A HIGH JUMP RULES tie-break clarification for Shooting, Backboard and Rim.

4.2 Implemented changes
Every page footer now carries a copyright line; LICENSE files in both repositories reserve all rights.
Owen’s section opens the creators showcase, with his consented photo, the live What to Eat link and two “coming soon” rows.
The Mental Map now has six numbered sections, 36 subsections and 216 subsubsections matching the site’s numbering. All earlier prose, 682 display equations and 79 images were moved, not rewritten; 39 destinations already hold notes and 177 are open. Each hexagon’s centre links to its own section.
A Request a change button opens a form with name, date, section, subsection, subsubsection and content; submitting opens an email draft. The database plan is in Upcoming Changes.
Feature cards show the date each item was added, with a compact Open link.
Running, Swimming and Weightlifting pages chart every logged value, link to overview readers and offer JSON and CSV downloads. The I1 map is published without its start marker or coordinates.
Sports Analytics replaces NBA Analytics, with the old addresses forwarding; Predictions and Results links to the two new placeholder pages.
The rules, their three countback diagrams and the rules PDF now describe the full countback and SUDDEN DEATH.
The contribution guide is published on the Mental Map as a reader and a PDF.
5 4 October 2026: the site atlas overhaul (requested 1 October)
